Abstract Bistrot

Cocktails start with the spirit itself, with “monochrome” distillates made in house from single ingredients and used as the base for the whole menu. In the Sentier in the 2nd arrondissement, it blends a classic bistrot rhythm with a distinctly modern drinks mindset, so you can eat well and still feel like you came for the bar. It’s backed by members of the Drink More Art collective alongside the team behind Bar Nouveau, and the result feels confidently Paris without copying anyone else.
